Orders placed before 11am Sydney time each business day are packed and sent the same day. We use the most efficient postage possible which is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas- Perth CBD only). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email at 11pm on the day that orders are shipped out.

If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. Please check your spam box for any notification emails from us.

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with:

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local depot.
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Anker or Anker's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty. The warranty time starts on the date when the products are installed.

Anker's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped directly from an authorized purchase. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded. Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe as the original defective item.

The warranty policy for the battery pack ends when either the end of the warranty period has been reached or the throughput has been completed, contingent upon the remaining capacity meeting the specified requirements, with the earliest condition taking precedence. The warranty for the power module DCDC is solely time-bound and is independent of the battery's performance. It is important to note that the warranties for the battery pack and power module are provided separately and are not interconnected.

The operation and service life of the battery are related to the working temperature, humidity, and altitude. The recommended working temperature for the battery is 15°C to 30°C (The ambient temperature the product can work at is –20°C to 55°C. For more details on product working environment requirements, please refer to the specification sheet).

When the SOC of the battery decreases to 0%, charge the battery within seven days. Any permanent battery damage due to the customer's failure to charge the battery properly is not covered under warranty.
