I would highly recommend Richard and cctv masters He went above and beyond for me and my family. He spent hours on the phone to myself and diagnosed a problem which was totally out of his control. CCTV masters didn't even install system but still helped to correct it. This was all in his own time between 4pm-7pm which took him away from his family to help a customer. Great customer service. From the first phone call to the face to face meeting, Richard wasn’t trying to force a sale, he was however interested in which product we wanted, and then gave his advice on how to best match the system to our needs. Richard took the time to run us through some live demos which helped us decide which products we did or didn’t need. Prices were very competitive. The product was self installed, but only because I could do it myself. CCTV Masters installation price was very tempting though, and I would have used his team if I had no way of installing it myself. Highly recommended service all round, thanks again.

Richard is fantastic. Always prepared to help if he is not busy with lots of customers. If you need advice be prepared to wait. I suggest visiting on a weekday.
